Gained by learning to have sufficient hope in this life. Knowing that we have hope in Christ gives us a confidence or a rest as we move through our life

Is the rest of the Lord also known as peace?

Is the Prince of Peace the source of the Lord’s rest? 

This must be one of the Lord’s greatest gifts?

Times when the rest of the Lord is pretty awesome

·       When you lose a child

·       When a death is nearby

·       Losing a job

·       Money issues

·       Day to day stresses
